Return and Refund Policy
At Premium Packaging, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Products can be returned to Premium Packaging for credit within 7 days from the invoice date.
- If the return is due to an error by Premium Packaging, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer will:
- Pay for the return shipping to Premium Packaging.
- Pay 30% of the product cost as a restocking/administration fee if returning for credit.
- If opting for an exchange, the customer must return the product at their cost and will receive a replacement of the same quantity.
2. Conditions for Returns
- Products must be in original, unopened, and resellable condition.
- Returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by Premium Packaging. This must be clearly visible on the package (not on the original carton).
- Damaged, used, or defaced goods will not be eligible for return.
- Partial returns are not accepted. Only complete cartons with all items intact will be processed.
3. Processing Returns
- Approved returns must be received by Premium Packaging within 7 days of the RA number being issued.
- If the return is outside these conditions, it is subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee, at Premium Packaging’s discretion.
- Premium Packaging reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above requirements.
